SUMMARY OF Ralph's Work EXPERIENCE:

Over thirty-five years experience in process control with experience in advance control loop design, HMI packages, SAMA diagrams, configuring, commissioning control loops.  Experience on Rockwell RSView32, Fisher Provox DCS, Fisher Porter Systems Six DCS, Moores APACS DCS, Modicon PLC & GE Fanuc PLC ladder logic Allen-Bradley Logix 5 & Logix 500.  PLC operator interfaces, and Graphic display building on RSView32, Fisher Provox, Fisher Porter, Moores Microadvantage, and WonderWare.  Experience with Ethernet TCP/IP Networking Modicon, Allen-Bradley and GE PLCs and Server/Client HMI display systems.  Also networking Modbus RTU, Modbus Plus and Allen-Bradley’s with DH+ wire and Fiber.

Computer Process Control systems design, programming, and support of Continuous and Batch processes.

Plant Quality Award for Butadiene control improvements. Corporate Quality Award for control contributions on Benzene Column supporting Quality Improvement Team.  Three years on Plant Process Hazard Safety Committee.

Fisher Controls Provox DCS Experience: Acetylonitrile Unit, Waste Incinerator, Hydrocarbon Unit, and Olefins Unit Control projects.

Fisher Porter System Six DCS: Thin Film Evaporator Control project.

Moore Products Co. APACS 4-mation DCS: Kiln Control for incineration of Carbon waste from Iron Furnaces.

Modicon PLCs: Gas Refraction plant and control rebuild project PLCs sequence and logic control plus interface to Foxboro IA DCS.

GE Fanuc PLC: Specialty Gas Supplier control project for Gas Manifolds batch filling of gas cylinders.

Fisher Controls DC2 250s: New Olefins Unit, Boiler House Unit, and Linear Alkylated Benzene Unit computer system project.

Fisher Controls DC2 212s: Hydrocarbon Unit, Ethylene Unit, Phenol Unit, Paper Plant Coating Batch Cooker, Polymer Batch Reactor, Russia Acetic Acid Plant, and Refinery Atmospheric Unit Control Projects.

Fisher Controls DC2 211: Phenol Recovery Absorber Batch Sequencing.

IBM 1710/IBM 1800 and Fox 2: Cement Kiln and Rax Mix Control projects.
